Online Mail Request Procedure

Counter Issuance
- Available at the One-Stop Service Counter on the 2nd floor of the Sejong Academic Information Center (Library). Photo ID required.
- Graduates from Class of 1970 onward may receive certificates immediately. Graduates from Class of 1969 or earlier (including former Kukka University and Woosuk University students) should allow 10–20 minutes for Korean-language certificates, and 3–4 days for academic transcripts or English-language certificates. It is recommended to confirm availability by phone or email in advance to ensure same-day issuance.
- Authorized representatives must present their own photo ID and submit a notarized letter of authorization bearing a copy of the applicant's photo ID.
Self-Service Kiosk
- Certificate kiosks are available in the 2nd floor lobby of the Sejong Academic Information Center.
FAX Civil Application
- • If online certificate printing or application is not available, applicants may submit a FAX civil application at a nearby district office, town hall, or community center and receive their certificate within 30 minutes. (Graduates from Class of 1969 or earlier may require additional processing time.)
- Submit FAX civil application at a district office, town hall, or community center
- The office forwards the FAX request to the Seoul One-Stop Service Center
- Applicant will be contacted separately if any issue arises
- Send the certificate applied by fax to the relevant district office, town hall, or community center
Mail Civil Application
- Applications submitted at a nearby post office will be processed by the One-Stop Service Center, and certificates will be mailed to the applicant's address.
- Mail civil applications are available to the applicant only; authorized representatives are not permitted.
- Submit mail application at a nearby post office
- The post office forwards the application to the Seoul One-Stop Service Center
- Applicant will be contacted separately if any issue arises
- Certificate is mailed to the applicant's address upon receipt
Certificate Issuance for Faculty, Staff, and Teaching Assistants
- Available via in-person visit, FAX, or mail. Issuance fees are waived.
- Faculty, staff, and teaching assistants: Issued at the Academic Information Team (One-Stop Service), Integrated Loan & Return Desk, Room 203, 2nd floor of the Academic Information Center.
Important Notes
- If you do not have a login ID:
- Click "Single ID Application" in the login box on KUPID (http://portal.korea.ac.kr) to register.
- Graduates from Class of 1975 or earlier should contact the One-Stop Service Center (☎ 044-860-1088~9) to verify enrollment records before applying for a Single ID through KUPID.
- To view grades (inquiry only): Use the portal menu: Student Records / Courses > Grade Inquiry > Full Grade Inquiry
- For documents required for studying abroad, use the mail request or counter issuance method.
- If a student record with a photo is required, confirm that a photo is on file before submitting the application.
