Mobile Student ID
- No separate application required — issued directly through the initial (이니셜) app available on the App Store.
- Students without a registered photo must visit the One-Stop Service to have their photo registered before the mobile ID can be issued.
- Free and immediately available.
Financial Student ID — Application for New Students
- Eligibility: Undergraduate and graduate new and transfer students (domestic students only)
- Advance reservation: Spring semester — February; Fall semester — August (refer to admission acceptance notice)
- Application method: Complete Step 1 via QR code below → Proceed to Step 2 for student ID application.
※Students who have opened an account remotely within the past 20 business days (including at other banks) may apply 20 days after the account opening date.

Financial Student ID — Reissuance for Current Students
- Visit Hana Bank Jochiwon Branch in person (bring certificate of enrollment and photo ID).
- Issued within 7 business days of application.
Non-Financial Student ID (International Students)
- Apply in person at the One-Stop Service.
Faculty / Staff ID Application
- Korea University faculty and staff may choose from the following options based on their needs: Mobile (initial app), Financial (Hana Bank Jochiwon Branch), or Non-Financial (One-Stop Service).
International Student ID (ISIC)
- Eligibility: Enrolled students, students on leave, and coursework completers (graduate coursework completers are not eligible).

The International Student Identity Card (ISIC) is a globally recognized student ID that provides international discounts and serves as proof of student status.
Personal Information Collection Notice
- Items collected: Name, student ID number, department/affiliation, contact information, etc.
- Collecting institution: Hana Bank (Jochiwon Branch)
- Purpose of use: Solely for student ID issuance
- Legal basis: Personal Information Protection Act, Article 15
- Refusal to provide consent will result in the inability to issue a student ID and may restrict access to on-campus services.
